Our Finned tubing and finned pipe are used in heat exchangers, boiler economizers, coolers, and heaters. Our small diameter to miniature finned tubes (hypodermic) can be found in cryostats and cryogenic coolers for military use, or in the medical profession for the cryoblation of tumors.


Now Korea offers one of the world most diversified finned tubing product lines. Although specializing in a helically wound brazed finned tube, we offer many of the other forms of fin to tube attachments available in today's market. Pricing and delivery is competitive. SOLDERED

This method of attachment decreases the amount of solder used compared to a dip process. This increases the heat transfer of the finned tube. When dipped in solder a full coat/film of insulating solder is formed over the entire fin and tube surface. Soldered fin tubing is good in temperatures up to 190°C.

EXTRUDED

A metallurgical bond between the tube and fin, making it the most suitable bond for higher temperature applications. The extruded in is a bimetallic product with intergral aluminum fins on the outside surface. The tight mechanical bond between the outer finned aluminum and inner base tube is accomplished during the finning work. 


WELDED (High Freqency Fin Tube)

This strip is embedded under the tension in a groove of the base tube. This fin tube is applicable to high temperature up to 400˚C

L type , G type
